Your personal guide into the “new and better” life Jesus made possible.
My life’s mission is to help the weary, the struggling, the disappointed, the disillusioned, and believers who simply want to live the life of fulness, peace, and purpose that Jesus made available through His enormous sacrifice of the cross.
I do that by leading a community called “The Cup & Table Company. We gather, virtually, around the cup of communion and the table of mutual encouragement.
My theology? The academic types would declare it “Christo-centric” and “New Covenant.” I would call it, “Jesus at the Center—first, last, and only—making it possible to be in intimate, restful, life-giving connection with our heavenly Father.” In other words, I show you how everything in the Old Testament was pointing to Jesus’ arrival and nothing has ever been same since he came, died, conquered death, and ascended to the throne of heaven possessing “all authority in heaven and on earth.” (Matthew 28:18).
I write (a lot) and also produces videos and video e-courses for people who prefer not to read to absorb transformative truth and inspiration. But no matter the medium, transformative truth and inspiration—along with some humor—are what you’ll find in my content.
My devotional, Praying Grace: 55 Meditations and Declarations on the Finished Work of Christ has more than 275,000 copies in print, and is frequently featured on the TBN network and other global Christian television programs. My other books include Paul Harvey’s America, Praying Grace for Women, Praying Grace for Men, Christmas Grace, Jesus Said What Now?, If God is Good . . .?, and my latest, Now? Or Not Yet?: The Present, Powerful, Unfolding Rule of King Jesus..
I speak frequently at churches and conferences around the world; and am a frequent guest on Christian television networks and faith-centric podcasts. I not only teach inspiring New Covenant truths but speak with humor and insight (in my humble opinion) on subjects sitting at the intersection of faith, culture, media, public policy, leadership, creativity, writing, and organizational heath.
“We believe it is so important that believers understand everything Jesus came to accomplish for them; the breadth of the victory He won; and especially how to pray from that victory, rather than striving and struggling for victory. That’s why we’re so grateful for David Holland and for his Praying Grace.”
Matt and Laurie Crouch – President, TBN
“When David Holland writes about the centrality of the good news of grace, he isn’t just writing about a studied subject, he’s writing his heart. It colors every perspective and informs every decision. Glimmers of life-giving light flicker from every sentence. I pray that millions see what he is seeing and that his work will be blessed with abundant fruit.”
Dudley Hall – Bible Teacher, Author, founder of Kerygma

There’s spiritual gold in these pages—not just a treasure trove of Gospel insight, but real help for men who want breakthrough in their lives. Finally, a book to help men overcome wimpy prayer lives not by moralistic effort but by God’s grace. David is a long-time friend, a trusted theological voice, and an exquisite writer who has given us another jewel.”
